The Stone Bag is made of 30% - $40%
calcium carbonate. It is degradable and starts the breakdown
process withing 30 days of exposure to the elements,
with total molecular breakdown within 3 years. As a
comparison, normal polyethylene bags take 400 years
to breakdown.
The Stone Bag is also recyclable and
when incinerated, only carbon dioxide is released. It
is made through a special process of carbonization at
low temperature in the whole process flow. The average
diameter of particle is 30 - 50nm under the electron
microscope.
